Our moral

Sustainability

tracking-rail GmbH recognizes the importance of responsible and sustainable action and is aware of its role as a medium-sized company, employer and leading technical service provider. We have therefore decided to join the 2030 Agenda and promote a culture of sustainability in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We implement this through our compliance system (see downloads) and our sustainable procurement policy.

Compliance

In 2020, the management of tracking-rail GmbH decided that, in view of the dynamic business development, the compliance measures should be further developed and the compliance structure of tracking-rail GmbH should be institutionalized. Compliance with the law, ethical and sustainable behavior are the basis of tracking-rail GmbH’s actions.

These principles are anchored in our Code of Conduct with compliance guidelines and specific behavioral guidelines (you can find the documents at: tracking-rail GmbH – Downloads)

Mr. Michael Schramm (Compliance Officer) is responsible for compliance at tracking-rail.

Transparency

The IZS has been the leading risk information service provider for the German temporary employment industry since 2012. You can view information from all health insurance companies, employers’ liability insurance associations and certifications at any time via this link on the Internet. In this way, we create maximum transparency and security for our stakeholders.

Social sponsorship

We have redefined social sponsorship for tracking-rail GmbH! Because we believe that even small things can make a big difference.

Social sponsorship

  • means more to us than just providing money or material resources;
  • It is and must be sustainable. Unlike a (one-off) donation, we support our sponsorship projects;
  • is more comprehensive for us and also includes, for example, personnel or organizational support;
  • is a way for us to express our (social) commitment and our sense of social responsibility;
  • is not a marketing tool for us. We do not expect anything in return. We do not engage in “greenwashing”. We do not “advertise” with it. For this reason, we are only presenting a small selection of the projects close to our hearts here.
